We are looking for a professional individual with great communication experience and highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office. Qualified candidates must be comfortable with computers and technology. This is a high volume staffing office and the selected candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks in a professional and friendly manner.

If you are looking for an entry level position in an energetic, fast paced, exciting and ever changing industry and enjoy working with the public- we are seeking a Personnel Assistant to add to our team. This position may be for you if you have an Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field, or have been in a role where customer service and administrative skills were key. Day to day tasks may change but the primary duties will be:

  • Greeting clients and prospective clients.
  • Handling callers and applicants on the phone and at the reception window in a friendly, engaging and professional manner.
  • Taking and screening applications.
  • Data entry, Filing, Copy/scan machine use.
  • Scheduling interviews and administering testing.
  • Assisting Staffing Specialists at various stages of the hiring process.
  • Providing assistance to applicants and employees as needed.
  • Setting up new client files, invoicing, and mailing.
  • Good organization skills.
