Office Administrator Professional

Employment Type: Temporary to hire Job Category: Clerical Job Number: GA1111111 Pay Rate: $14-$16.00/ hr. Will depend on experience

Personnel Services Unlimited- Gastonia is actively seeking an Office Administration Professional for a wholesale supplier in Charlotte, NC.

Tasks:

  • Schedule freight shipments and reconcile invoices
  • To manage all administrative aspects of the Charlotte operation
  • Customer invoice data entry
  • Limited vendor invoice data entry
  • Serve as initial contact for incoming calls and transfer calls as required
  • Schedule freight shipments and reconcile invoices
  • Maintain and requisition office supplies
  • Maintain physical and virtual files
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and requirements:

  • **Must be able to create and post promotions and other promotional items to the clients social media outlets to generate awareness and increase "touch" with customers.**
  • Understand network operations (voice, data, print)
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Must have HS Diploma or GED.
  • Background check and drug screen required.

Work schedule: This is a Temporary to Permanent position.

  • Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
